Our total package charges
Sale and Purchase - including
- The cost of your Energy Performance Certificate
- Marketing your sale property including the costs of the Estate Agency Commission.
- Legal costs of your sale and purchase and all normal expenses with the exception of Stamp Duty Land Tax
- If you wish, Arranging for an Independent Financial Advisor to talk to about your Mortgage needs on the Purchase (you will have to pay his fees if any)
- Preparing and submitting the Stamp Duty Land Tax Return to HM Revenue & Customs on your Purchase
- If you wish arranging Your buildings and contents Insurance on your new property (you will be responsible to pay the Insurance Premium)
- The cost of Removals in the Medway Area (for removals outside Medway we can estimate for the additional cost if any)
- Arranging with service providers for the change of accounts into your name on your new property
- Notifying the Council of your change of address for Council Tax Purposes
ALL FOR A SINGLE FEE OF 4% of the Sale price plus VAT (with a minimum sale price of £120,000)
Sale Only - including

- The cost of removals in the Medway Area (for moves outside Medway we can estimate for any additional costs that may arise)
- Notifying the Service Providers (gas, electricity and telephone) and the Council (for Council Tax purposes of your move.
ALL FOR A SINGLE FEE OF 3% of the Sale price of your property plus VAT (with a minimum sale price of £120,000)
Purchase Only - including
- Legal costs on your purchase and all normal expenses except for stamp duty land tax
- Arranging for an Independent Financial Adviser to discuss you mortgage needs with you (you will have to pay his fees if any)
- Submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax Return to H M Revenue & Customs when you buy
- The cost of removals in the Medway Area (for moves outside Medway we can estimate for any additional costs that may arise)
- Arranging the registration of your services (gas, electricity and telephone) and Council Tax records for your new property
- If you wish arranging Your buildings and contents Insurance (you will be responsible to pay the Insurance Premium)
ALL FOR A SINGLE FEE OF 1.5% of the Purchase price of your property plus VAT (with a minimum purchase price of £120,000)
