Welcome to Alston Ashby Solicitors

We understand that seeking legal advice and assistance whether to buy or sell a home or business, to make a will, if you have lost a loved one, for court proceedings or any other legal procedure is often a harrowing and upsetting prospect.

At Alston Ashby we strive to make things as easy as can be and believe that personal contact with our clients wherever possible in a friendly relaxed and informal atmosphere is essential to giving the professional help that is needed.

We all live in a society that moves ever faster. With many legal firms you may never meet your lawyer face to face so that you can make your needs and wishes known. We believe that the old values of personal service can be merged with modern business practice to give the best of both worlds and this is our aim.

Alston Ashby are a well established firm of solicitors in the Medway Towns in Kent with extensive experience in most areas of the law, providing a wide range of legal services for our clients under one roof. We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority No. 51322.
